Abstract:Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) is a new type and high-efficient solar cells and is deemed as the traditional crystal silicon cell alternative. How to prepare TiO2porous film is the most important procedure in DSSCs.This paper set how to prepare high-quality semiconductor thin films as starting point.We adopt different methods prepared TiO2pulp which were prepared TiO2thin film electrodes by doctor-blade methods, achieving regulation of the product morphology. The effect of film performance on the photoelectric efficiency was analyzed. The main contents and conclusions show as follows:(1) Carbon spheres were synthesized by hydrothermal reaction using glucose as raw material. The carbon spheres were used as template so as the prepare mesoporous TiO2thin film which acts as he photoanode of dye sensitized solar cells. It was found that with the increase of contents of carbon spheres, surface area in unit volume of the TiO2film increased at first, and then decreased; similar trend was also observed in the light scattering ability of the TiO2film. Due to both of the enlarged surface area and the enhanced light scattering ability, photocurrent density of the solar cell and hence the cell performance was optimized, reaching5.15%at1sun testing condition.(2) We propose a new preparation method of TiO2mesoporous films by combining the sol-gel and doctor-blade methods. It shows that TiO2film can make full use of their advantages and effectively improve the quality of the thin film. When carbon spheres used as templates were added,it can further optimize the quality of the film.Under irradiation of simulation sunlight, the photoelectric properties of dye-sensitized solar cells have been studied, The results show that the photoanode when the two methods were used together and carbon spheres was used templates assemble dye sensitized solar cells, photoelectric conversion efficiency achieve the best is3.17%.(3) Nano-crystalline titanium dioxide colloid was prepared from mixing TiO2nanocrystalline to sol by hydrothermal method. It was found the synthesis of nanocrystalline TiO2contain two different crystalline phases. The single anatase nanocrystallines were transformed into rutile and anatase phase with the increase of contents of P25, and the surface morphology of the films have some change. Using the nanocrystalline TiO2films as photoanode in DSSCs,the photoelectric conversion performance test results show, when the The added amounts of P25is0.5g, photoelectric conversion efficiency get the maximum,reaching4.05%.26figures,6tables,84references.
