In this paper, the pyrolysis behavior of fermentation residues(FR),woody sawdust(WS)and their mixtures was investigated by thermogravimetric analyzer. The results showed that with the addition of WS,the maximum weight loss rate of FR can be in-creased from-3.03%/min to-5.34%/min,the corresponding temperature was lowered from 341℃ to 335℃,and the pyrolytic residual mass was decreased from 50.47%to 26.17%.The presence of WS promoted the devolatilization of FR,increasing the de-volatilization index from 9.5×10-8 to 4.02×10-7.The differences between the calculated values and the experimental values indicated that some synergistic effects existed in the co-pyrolysis of FR and WS.The △W turned into negative, representing an obviously large gap in the 220-400℃,and the deviation values were up to-9.97 wt%at 344℃.Under different pyrolysis rate of 10℃/min、20℃/min、30℃/min,the activation en-ergy was observed by non-model method, the values were 119.9-109.4 kJ/mol、95.6-106.1kJ/mol、73.1-102.9kJ/mol for FR、WS and their mixtures. The co-pyrolysis acti-vation energy curves were under the single pyrolysis activation energy curves, the blend had the lowest activation energy at a conversion of 0.5.The comparative investigation on the pyrolysis characteristics of above samples was performed in a vacuum reactor.Obvious synergistic effects were observed, resulting in a lower char yield but a higher gas yield, and improving the syngas(H2 and CO)con-tent in the gaseous products. The bio-oil was analyzed by gel chromatography, ensier viscometer and bomb calorimeter. The results showed that synergistic effects promoted the cracking of macromolecules, lowered the bio-oil viscosity but reduced the calorific value. The char structure was investigated by Raman spectroscopy,Boehm titration,in-frared analysis,SEM,gas adsorption.Co-pyrolysis of FR and WS in the vacuum reactor promoted the cracking reactions of large aromatic rings, enlarged the surface area and reduced the oxygenated groups of the resulted char. |
