Research And Application Of Quality Control Technology For Product Design In Product Data Management System

With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,people's demand for product quality is getting higher and higher.The competition between manufacturing industries is more and more intense.How to ensure and improve product quality has become the key to the survival and development of enterprises.However,the quality of the product is first designed,and then it is produced and managed.In this trend,domestic and foreign enterprises have introduced product data management(PDM)system,using information technology to manage product design process and related data.Because PDM mainly focuses on product data management,it mainly includes graph document management,permission management,product configuration management,workflow management,project management and so on,which leads to the lack of PDM in product design quality control.Therefore,based on the development of PDM system in an electrical enterprise,combined with the shortcomings of PDM in quality control of product design,this paper studies and implements the design quality control system in PDM.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The requirement analysis and structure design of the design quality control system in PDM.The status of quality control of product design an electrical enterprise research,analysis of the enterprises in the product design quality information management,process control,design quality design quality control problems in three aspects,and then,in order to solve these problems,the function and structure of the system are designed and paving for the later realization.(2)Research on quality control technology of design process.According to the enterprise design quality information management problems,the paper examines the relationship between classification and design quality information of the enterprise,to establish a product design quality information model,and establish the quality control model based on the process of design quality information model;and then puts forward the design quality evaluation method based on PDM workflow PDM algorithm,workflow support design quality review design;finally,with examples to demonstrate the effectiveness of the quality control technology of the design process.(3)The control method of design quality characteristics is studied.According to the quality characteristics of the product design process,there are high degree of coupling,and continue to pass the difficult control problem,the coupling relationship between the characteristics of product design quality,construction quality of product design characteristics of correlation model,referred to as the link model;and then study the principle of biological immune system,puts forward the design quality control method of immune link model based on this method includes three parts,namely: diagnostic characteristics,abnormal quality of design link model based on attribute similarity of antigen recognition and structural characteristic of link model based on mapping model based on;finally with an example to verify the feasibility of design quality control method.(4)Using the tools of SQL sever and C#,the database of the design quality control system in PDM is designed,and the functional modules of the system are developed.At the same time,it shows the main interface and operation steps of design quality control information,quality control and design quality characteristic control in the design quality control system of PDM.
