With the continuous development of urbanization in China,the number of car ownership is increasing.The problem of urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.The state also actively advocates energy-saving emission reduction and low carbon travel.The first measure is to attract the masses of travelers to choose public transport,and convenient,fast and punctual urban rail transit is the first choice for passengers to travel.It is also because of the obvious advantages of rail transportation,attraction,resulting in rail traffic is increasing,especially in the peak holiday periods,passenger rail pressure is huge,serious congestion,greatly reducing the comfort and safety of passengers,but also to track traffic management and increase operational management difficulty.In order to grasp the real-time congestion of all rail transit line on the cross section of the induced elastic travelers reasonable choice of travel time,improve the utilization rate of orbit traffic,increase passenger satisfaction,but also to the rail traffic management departments to provide real-time adjustment according to the operation plan.In this paper,the calculation method of real time congestion index of each cross section with loop and acyclic track is studied,taking the track traffic line as the research object.The main research contents and contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)The definition of congestion index and threshold division are reviewed,compared and analyzed on the basis of the division and the degree of congestion threshold at home and abroad,considering the legislative seats density evaluation standards and related research results,to determine the partition of a car congestion index threshold in this paper.(2)A complete real-time congestion index calculation model for the rail transit cross section of the acyclic network is established.According to the historical data of OD,OD distribution matrix of each feature on each period,combined with real-time station,credit card number of the export gates,through real-time OD method to calculate the fretter.By setting up a mathematical model,the real time OD is converted into the number of passengers and the number of passengers on the bus and the number of passengers(upstream and downlink respectively).Finally,the train operation time table is used to track the train operation time and track,and the real-time congestion index of each section of the line is calculated.(3)There may be a variety of path selection for the traveler of the same OD for the network of circular rail transit.This paper analyzes the main factors of passenger travel path choice,and develops questionnaire to get the route selection rules of passengers in Wuhan rail transit through scenario(RP)survey.According to the path selection rule,the logit is used to calibrate the parameters,and the probability of the passengers to choose each path in the trip is calculated.In the acyclic network,the selection probability of each path is added to the relationship between the OD table and the number of passengers on the stations,so as to establish the real-time congestion index calculation model of the ring network section.(4)The above model is programmed with Java language to calculate the real time congestion index of rail transit.Combined with the existing data in Wuhan,the real time congestion index of the acyclic network section of the early Wuhan Rail Transit Line 1,2 line and 4 line is calculated by an example.At the same time,the passenger path selection probability model of Wuhan is added to calculate the real time congestion index of the cross section.The calculation results are consistent with the passengers' daily ride experience,which shows that the paper model has a certain practical significance.
