With the development of urban socio-economic and the acceleration of urbanization, urban traffic contradiction turns sharper and sharper, and becomes the chief obstacle to restrict the development of the economy. As its technique predominance such as great capacity, rapid speed, less pollution, good security and punctual urban rail transit settles more and more contradictions of traffic supply and require in the big city, receives people's favor. People have received the consensus of opinion to develop public transport systems which's backbone is urban rail transit and vehicles harmonized developed, to form multi-dimensional traffic system. The prospects of urban rail transit development are very optimistic.Real-time scheduling of urban rail transit can develop the efficiency of urban rail transit fully, not only can resolve the contradictions of urban traffic, but also can develop the high-speed and high-capacity functional characters of urban rail transit. Through the efficient, low cost real-time scheduling work, bring the high quality services to passengers. The real-time scheduling of the urban rail transit has direct influence to the transport potential.The research of this paper is just based on the real-time traffic flow data and changes to vehicle operation as the premise of passenger demand, to construct the idea of urban rail transit in real-time scheduling method. Based on the analysis of intelligent scheduling system about urban rail transit, from the research of data acquisition and analysis of passenger processing, which are basis of real-time scheduling, analysis all the basic elements of the real-time scheduling, at the same time give ideas, methods and steps to optimize various indicators of scheduling, combining research method of theoretical and specific examples, build real-time non-uniform scheduling model based on the study of traffic flow. This paper has put forward some still unresolved issues or to consider premature, which have laid a solid foundation of further research about the real-time scheduling of urban rail transit.This paper includes six parts: The first chapter describes the background and significance of the thesis, major research in real-time scheduling of urban rail transit both at home and abroad; the second chapter describes and analyzes the urban transit intelligent scheduling system; Chapter three analyzes the theoretical methods of urban rail transit passenger data collection and analysis; Chapter four establishes the real-time non-uniform scheduling model based on the system analysis of real-time scheduling of urban rail transit issues; the fifth chapter carries out on the model of empirical research and model testing devoted to the basic situation of urban rail transport of Changchun City; Chapter six summarizes and defines the direction of future research of the full text.The innovations of the thesis reflect in the following three aspects:(1) Make passenger real-time destination point collection method, and present recommendations for today's ticketing process. Through improved ticketing process will be able to acquaint real-time data of passengers OD of the station.(2) Put forward the concept of the vehicle running time line, and use the time line of vehicles constraints on the OD of the data acquisition, so as to arrive at OD (TOD) time line. TOD can be based on more accurate calculation of the actual needs of the vehicle transporting of the passenger, provide a strong basis for the amendment of the passenger data.(3) Establish a simple and efficient model of real-time scheduling. The model is simple to solve, and facilitate to realization by computer programming, as in practice, the model under the premise of in meeting the needs of passengers can greatly reduce the number of vehicles.The realization of real-time scheduling in urban rail transit, will fundamentally improves the scheduling of the operations command system of real-time ability to master and change, from the internal, can improve the operational management of the intensive level, from the external, can improve the urban rail transit level of social services. Therefore, research of urban rail transit real-time scheduling methods, with important theoretical and practical value.
