Any complex engineering vehicle,including loaders,is a complex system which integrates mechanical and electrical fluid.The process of fault location is difficult to achieve.In order to solve this problem,the fault tree is established by deductive method and computer method,and a detailed list of fault causes for rapid determination of fault source position in the process of system maintenance is provided,which can greatly reduce the workload of fault diagnosis and improve the success rate of fault diagnosis.Below:(1)Combed the apply to this topic theory of fault tree analysis,on the basis of existing,perfected the loader is disabled mode and product function group code.(2)Main application logic deductive method respectively to study the cause loader system work abnormal direct and indirect reasons,to establish the fault tree of loader main systems don't work properly.(3)Using computer aided FTAMethod of fault tree automatic generation and fault diagnosis analysis system for the design,the system reliability evaluation with the loader system effectively combined,and using Hibernate + Struts + JSP component technology,combining with the tree structure Prizetags,under the overall technical structure of the MVC three-tier architecture,based on Eclipse platform,using JavaEE web development language for system development.(4)Details the fault tree automatically generated,fault diagnosis,statistical analysis and other major modules and system log in,set the background color,text color ancillary functions such as ideas,design,and implementation.
