With the development of China's social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,more and more automobiles have entered ordinary families which effect Traffic accidents,vehicle congestion,environmental pollution and energy consumption.Traffic problems have seriously affected the sustainability of cities.Development and the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Accurately perceiving and objectively assessing the status of urban traffic operations is an important means for the formulation,implementation,and evaluation of various types of “blocking” measures and is also a research hotspot in the current intelligent transportation field.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,automatic control technology,computer technology and traffic engineering technology,various evaluation models and comprehensive analysis methods emerge in an endless stream.New theories and research results continue to emerge and have shown great power and potential in practical engineering applications.This paper mainly studies the analysis and processing of multi-source traffic data,the definition and calculation of traffic index,and the design and implementation of the traffic index system.It also digitizes difficult-to-define congestion levels so that traffic decision makers and traffic travelers can intuitively understand the road network traffic congestion of intersections and road sections.Simulation research and practical application verify the effectiveness of the research results of this paper.The main content of this article is as follows:1)Propose a multi-source traffic data analysis and processing method.Aiming at the current uneven quality of multi-source traffic data,study the traffic data reconstruction standard rules and structured and regularized data pre-processing methods,including standard conversion of key traffic flow parameters,multi-level traffic flow parameter abnormal identification,and space-time based Abnormal data repair of the association model.2)A hierarchical traffic index calculation method based on logistic regression algorithm is proposed.From the “line-intersection-plane” level,the traffic indices for road sections,road intersections,and road networks are calculated,and the indices are normalized to a floating point number between 0 and 1 to quantitatively characterize traffic congestion.3)Based on the above research results,the traffic operation index system was designed and developed.The visual indicators were used to analyze and present the comparison results of related indicators,and the congestion index was visualized and visualized.Based on the practical application of the system in Keqiao,Shaoxing,this paper further validates the feasibility and practicability of the traffic congestion index calculation process and method proposed in the paper.Finally,a summary of the full text is made,and the problems that need further study in theory and application are pointed out.
