With the rapid development of urbanization,traffic congestion has become one of the serious problems that need to be solved in large and medium-sized cities at home and abroad.The normalization phenomenon of traffic congestion not only seriously affects the public travel,but also inhibits the development of the city,while slowing down the progress of urban upgrading and reducing the efficiency of urban development.Therefore,facing the current increasingly complex urban road traffic status,it is urgent to study scientific and effective urban traffic operation evaluation system to provide a reasonable basis and technical method support for improving urban traffic management measures and alleviating traffic congestion.In order to reasonably evaluate the urban road traffic operation status,this paper studies the evaluation method system of urban traffic operation.In view of the existing evaluation methods which mainly consider the traffic parameters and road network performance,less consider the urban road network structure characteristics and the influence of various environmental factors for traffic operation.The impact of the evaluation index system lacks diversification.On the basis of urban traffic evaluation system,this paper studies the traffic operation index that takes into account the characteristics of the traffic network.Based on the index,the urban road traffic prediction and evaluation method is studied,and the urban road traffic operation index is adopted.Predictive analysis provides a reference for the public to grasp the state of urban road traffic in a timely manner and to rationally arrange traffic travel.The main research contents of the thesis include the following three aspects:(1)Methodological system for urban traffic operation evaluation.This paper studies the characteristics of urban traffic operation status and the needs of public travel,and studies the typical urban traffic operation index construction method using traffic parameters.Combined with various factors affecting urban traffic operation status,this paper studies the typical prediction method of urban traffic operation index.It provides theoretical support for the traffic operation index model and index prediction analysis proposed later.(2)A traffic operation index model that takes into account the characteristics of the transportation network.For the existing traffic evaluation indicators,the traffic parameters are mainly considered,and the impact of urban road network structure characteristics on traffic operation is not considered.This paper considers the impact of road grade,road network connectivity,node accessibility and regional road network density,combined with the city.In the traffic hotspot area,a traffic operation index model considering the characteristics of the traffic network is established,which provides evaluation model support for quantitative analysis of traffic operation status.(3)Traffic operation index prediction method that takes into account environmental factors.Based on the urban traffic operation index model proposed in this paper,a large amount of historical analysis data is calculated by using the basic data.This study integrates various environmental factors such as traffic,natural and human activities that may affect traffic operation into the prediction model,and improves the KNN prediction method.Different state vectors are designed for different time intervals,and the traffic operation index prediction method considering environmental factors is proposed,so that the prediction model can obtain comprehensive analysis and prediction ability considering various environmental factors.Finally,the experimental verification and analysis of the traffic operation index model and the traffic operation index prediction method proposed in this paper are carried out.In the aspect of traffic operation index model,compared with the single parameter model and the typical domestic comprehensive evaluation method,the rationality and scientificity of the traffic operation index model established in this paper considering the characteristics of the traffic network are verified.The traffic through the single influencing factor The results of running the index prediction are compared to verify the effectiveness of the proposed traffic operation index prediction method considering environmental factors.
