In recent years,The domestic rail transit industry is actively exploring terminal multi-payments,such as financial payments.Metros in many cities have realized the function of financial IC card crossing.The solution is to use e-cash deduction,expand the application as a metro industry application,and record transaction information such as inbound,outbound,and update.Although this scheme satisfies the scenario of subway segmentation and billing better,in practical applications,there are problems such as need to be stored before use,not universal,incompatible with the inventory card,etc.,which has become a hindrance of the promotion of financial IC cards in the subway.Based on the above reasons,this paper designs and implements an AFC(Automatic Fare Collection)reader system based on the financial data card ODA(Offline Data Authentication)specification.The financial IC card online ODA technology solution adopts the innovative business model of “a priori card to pass the gate and delay the payment after payment”.It has the characteristics of fast transaction speed,common across regions,support for stock cards,and free of charge,avoiding the "flash card" problem that electronic cash offline transactions may fail in extreme cases,and passengers only need A financial IC card with the "UnionPay" logo or a mobile phone PAY with a UnionPay card can be used to swipe the card quickly.According to the high standard requirements of the processing rate,stability and reliability of the financial IC card,the reader hardware that meets the performance requirements is selected,and Linux is used as the system support of the application layer software.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the financial IC card ODA solution in the reader application layer software,including the communication function with station-level equipment and the interface functions such as station,outbound,one-way ticket sales,ticket card update,etc.,loading and analysis functions,as well as the Ultralight ticket card,CPU ticket card,ODA card ticket processing flow,ticket recovery processing flow and business logic analysis processing in the rail transit industry.The high-efficiency RSA algorithm is implemented according to the large number algorithm and the Montgomery power module operation.The reader system designed in this paper has passed the functional test and stress test.The reader system realizes the relevant functional requirements,and its transaction processing speed for financial IC cards also meets the performance requirements.
