Due to the large-scale and wide-ranging characteristics of distribution network planning,it is necessary to make reasonable predictions on the development status of the city and the growth of the load.The substation,switching stations and distribution rooms and power corridors should be completed on the results of load forecasting.Planning requires a lot of data collection and data analysis calculation.However,the basic data is not strong enough to support the distribution network planning.The distribution network planning process is mainly based on the experience.It is not accurate and may cause unnecessary repititive planning,which will cost more invesment and work.The distribution network is the last link of the power system to the users,and it is also the largest part of the system nodes.For a long time,the focus of all work has been seriously tilted to the higher power voltage network.Distribution network has been putted in a lower position for a long time,much less refinement.With the acceleration of urbanization,the division of urban functional areas has become more and more clear,and various functional areas such as residential,commercial,industrial and characteristic industrial parks have developed rapidly.The area of industrial parks is generally small area but densification.Between the requirements,the reliability of power supply is high,and the new industrial parks is usually the focus of the expansion and supply of power grid enterprises.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out special and refined power grid planning for new industrial park.This thesis will plan the distribution network for the new industrial park.It plans to refine the load forecast to the function of the industrial park based on the improvement of the basic data collection,which is used to guide the position of power station,capacity allocation and distribution room.Based on the principle of urban medium voltage distribution network planning,combined with the current experience of piezoelectric network operation,it is proposed to adopt the corresponding typical wiring mode for different load properties.Finally,the idea of "gridization" is adopted,combined with load forecasting results and typical wiring mode,the distribution of the plots in the area and the geographical conditions,calculate the planned construction volume and investment of the power facilities and power corridors,and make the finer calculations of the above four aspects to achieve the refinement of the industrial parks.Hopping the achievement can transform into a new idea of the distribution network.
