From the point of view of developing RKN(R means temperature control container,K means “K” base is used,N is container contour)active aviation refrigerated containers,this thesis studies the status of air logistics at domestic and abroad,the status and trend of the industry and products of aviation refrigerated containers,the existing technical standards,ect.As the key equipment of air cargo cool-chain logistics,the realization of independent development of RKN active aviation refrigerated containers with self-contained temperature control systems is conducive to the development of domestic air cargo logistics enterprises and related manufacturing industries.This thesis studies the technical scheme,design parameters,prototype design,finite element modeling and calculation,followed improvement of the aviation refrigerated containers,and then the test of the sample box is carried out.The result of calculation and test verifies the structure scheme of the air refrigeration box,which is helpful for further product development.By adding analysis and calculation in the process of product development,the one-time passing rate of prototype test can be improved.Specifically,it includes the following aspects:(1)Analyzing the characteristics of similar products at home and abroad,as well as the applicable technical standards,materials,structure and other aspects,the main structure type and key component parameters of the product are determined.(2)The finite element calculation model of aviation refrigerated container is established,and 12 typical working conditions of aviation refrigerated container are selected for finite element analysis.(3)Choose the same 12 kinds of working conditions as the finite element analysis,design the test equipment,formulate the test method,and test the improved prototype according to the standard requirements,compare the test results with the technical standard requirement,and the structural strength of the box can meet the design requirement.(4)By studying the design principles,calculation methods and experimental methods,building the experimental platform,efficiently and quickly design and manufacture and verify the aviation refrigeration box,enrich the company’s product line,shorten the product development cycle,and put forward the research direction of follow-up product development.
