As a clean energy source,hydrogen has important applications in the fields of new energy power,oil refining,and aviation industry.With the continuous development of the industry,users have more requirements for the amount of hydrogen and higher requirements for exhaust pressure.In the field of hydrogen energy utilization,compressors,as the core components of hydrogen transportation,play a decisive role in the reliability of the entire system operation.Users have extremely strict requirements on the safety and reliability of hydrogen compressors.Commonly used hydrogen compressors mainly include diaphragm compressors and reciprocating piston compressors.The reciprocating piston compressors have the characteristics of large displacement,high exhaust pressure,and wide range of adaptation,and are widely used in all walks of life.In view of the current demand for large displacement and miniaturized integrated units in the hydrogen filling station and hydrogen bottling market,it is more urgent for the research and development of high-voltage large displacement hydrogen compressors.According to the actual requirements of the hydrogen station construction,the parameters of the working conditions are:displacement of 1000m~3/h,atmospheric intake and exhaust pressure of 21MPa.Based on thermal analysis and dynamic analysis,the main parameters such as the exhaust temperature,the cylinder diameter of each stage,the motor power,the exhaust volume,and the comprehensive piston force of each column are determined.The gas system,cooling system and lubricating system are introduced in detail.Using ANSYS Workbench simulation software for meshing,boundary constraints,and applying loads on key components,to complete finite element analysis of crankshaft,connecting rod and piston rod,calculate stress and strain of key components,and ensure their reliable operation under working conditions in long-term and full load.To meet the requirements of intelligent,modular,and integrated design,the compressor and its system are concentrated on a sled block as a whole.Multi-stage compression can effectively reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor,make it reliable and meet the requirements of the standard;the machine employ PLC control,transmitter detection and touch screen display for automatic fault detection and alarm parking function,and prompt the cause of the fault,which is convenient for users to find problems and carry out timely maintenance,the overall automation level and safety is very high,easy to operate;The installation and commissioning work of all parts,pipelines,cables inside the equipment are completed in the factory,which simplifies the site work and greatly reduces the workload at site.
