Not using a special child seat or misusing it is one of the most important factors in the current child car safety accidents.In view of the current situation that the related product designs in China do not fully consider the growth rules of children and the related body size standards,but only copy the developed countries in Europe and the United States,lack of intelligent interaction,side impact protection and so on,this paper is based on the principle of ergonomics,combined with the characteristics of children's body size and growth and development.Try to design a safe seat for children aged 1 to 4 that is easy to install and operate,safe and reliable to use,comfortable and environmentally friendly to ride and experience more intelligent interaction.The main contents are as follows:(1)Child safety seat user research and market analysis.The guardian's use of child safety seat while driving Conduct market research,through parents questionnaire survey,sales staff and parents' user interviews,user model building and other methods,the guardian's use of child safety seats habits,use feelings,prices and other aspects of the preliminary understanding,statistical data,analysis of child safety seats in the use of the process of the status quo and problems;for domestic and foreign children;By comparing and analyzing the representative products of child safety seats,it is found that there are differences between domestic products and foreign products in terms of functional and structural materials.(2)Putting forward the design plan of alarm device for child safety seat.A seat sensor is used to detect the seat itself.Whether there is a child sitting,whether the seat belt is pulled and tightened by rotating sensing device to determine whether the child fastens the seat belt,alarm when the child sits on the seat body but does not fasten the seat belt to prompt the driver to check,so as to make the child seat true when the child is riding.Positive protection to ensure children's safety.(3)The overall modeling and design of some key components for child safety seats.According to the survey results,confirm the improved design thinking road and content,the application of three-dimensional software for the overall modeling design;and then five-point seat belt buckle,pillow height regulator and other key components are optimized to ensure user convenience,safety,comfort.(4)Design side impact protection system for child safety seats.Build in high strength spring with honeycomb structure.The side impact protection system is composed of the backrest,which absorbs the energy from the side impact and has the function of cushioning energy and higher safety.(5)The four virtual prototyping schemes designed by matrix scale scoring method are convenient to use,overall modeling and matching color and pattern,comfort and function are quantitatively graded to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme,providing a reference for subsequent optimization design.This paper will play a certain reference value for further research on child ride safety protection.
