With the development of the human's modern material life,the cost to education is gradually increasing.According to the survey,in 2014 China education funds total investment as 3.28 trillion is more than last year's 8.04% growth from 3.04 trillion.Under the encouragement and cooperation with Foshan Education Bureau,Y company started a poverty-relief project------“Mobile Laboratory Walked Into the Remote School”,which aims to make up for educational disparity between city and country.This paper is based on the mobile laboratory of Y company as the research object,which transportation and delivery mode is proprietary distribution mode.In order to improve the transport ability,reduce the transportation cost,in this paper,I optimize to research the transport vehicle routing problem.In this transport process,the waste of transportation capability and wrong choice transport routes,not only affects the transportation efficiency,but also caused the increased transportation costs.And for every primary and secondary school,waiting cause the loss of the customer experience and lower service level.In order to solve these problems,this paper firstly expounds the researching background,researching purpose and significance,analyses the status of distribution route optimization problem between domestic and abroad,and then put forward the main research contents and technical route in this paper,;Secondly it expounds what is the status of company,what is the status of mobile laboratory's transportation,including transportation time,the configuration of transportation staff,personnel who work in school participation;And then it has some indexes that is the cost of delivery,customer satisfaction,transportation distance to analysis to find problem in transportation of mobile laboratory;thirdly,mainly according to the transportation problems,it make sure that we uses 4 kinds of optimized methods of distribution route such as graphical method for transportation,nearest approximal point method,genetic algorithm and save mileage method to have an model introduction,fundamental principle of methods and Basic Steps of Vehicle routing optimization of them,etc.;Then fourthly,it expounds the mobile laboratory of the company with a laboratory transport distribution optimization strategy.Taking Xiqiao town Nanhai district,Foshan city,for example,it turns to comebine genetic algorithm,nearest approximal point method to mobile laboratory to get two results of these two methods,comparison of them can find out the suitable transportation routes for mobile laboratory in Xiqiao town,including the establishment of model and the solution.Finally,it carries out the plan to compare before and after the optimization,which has an evaluation analysis.Then it is very important to company to set up related team,make the perfect related institution and the Distribution training of related staffs.The results shows that the distribution cost decreased 16%,delivery time reduced to 15 minutes,the efficiency increased by 150%,the service level of damage rate fell to 5% from 10%.,the quality of distribution service gain a greater improvement.It has important significance to the company to aim to the mobile laboratory in related research,meanwhile,it offers the theory and practice guidance for transport department.
