Optimization Research On Materialpurchasing Of Z Group

The current electric power enterprises,especially power generation enterprises are facing profound reform,intent to break the monopoly and fulfill the full implementation of market competition.Along with the increasing competition of electric power market,in the case of fixed electricity price,reducing the cost of power generation,improving the level of internal management and enhancing the competitiveness have become the primary problems faced by power generation enterprises.Procurement is the most important link in the production and business activities of enterprises.Strengthening material procurement management is the main way to reduce costs and improve operating profit.Therefore,it is necessary for Z group to draw on scientific and reasonable supply chain management theory methods and tools for the comprehensive optimization of material procurement mode,and promote the efficiency and quality of the logistics link.This paper takes Z group as the research object,firstly analyzed the basic theory of supply chain procurement management.Based on the study,the current situation of Z group purchasing mode is discussed and the solution for Z group sustainable purchasing is put forward.The solution is learning the advanced concept of logistics management and advanced mode at home and abroad.Based on the learning and combined with practical situation,proper intensive materials procurement model is established.On this basis,this paper starts with the supply chain procurement management theory,scale economic theory,centralized procurement management and quantity discount in the total cost of ownership theory,the measures and practical application of the optimization and integration of material purchasing were put forward.Including the procurement optimization scheme based on Kraljic matrix analysis and the long-term partnership establishment,the centralized purchasing method and the fuel off-feed improvement measures which are used for the self-use and sales,and the quantitative order analysis is adopted to determine the order quantity which can minimize the total cost of ownership acquisition,As well as to ensure the effective implementation of material collection and control policies and other security measures.Finally,the logistics acquisition scheme implementation effect of Z Group is analyzed,a series of application strategies to ensure the implementation of Z group material collection and control mode are put forward.The results show that,by strengthening the practical implantation of material centralized purchasing mode,giving full play to the advantages and influence of centralized procurement platform,to achieve the maximum preferential price.By stimulating the scale merit of centralized purchasing,controlling the efficiency,this strategy saves 27 866 500 yuan for the company.The performance of centralized purchasing gets a positive answer from the power generation enterprises belong to the Group.
