Research On The Performance Model Of Cost Management For PPA Project In C Company

With the deepening of reform,wide range of investment trends is showing.Project cost management is not only related to the economic interests of investors,suppliers,and other participants,but also has become the primary means of investment management in construction.It has played a crucial role in project quality,investment costs,the rational allocation of social resources,as well as standardize the market competition for recent years..With the increasing competition,living space of the construction enterprises are getting smaller and smaller.How to improve their project cost management and scientific evaluation of its performance cost management will help enterprises to improve construction project cost management,project management mobilize staff motivation,and thereby enhance market competitiveness.Firstly,I have studied the literature home and abroad and then got a basic understanding.Secondly,I have combined with my experience in project construction cost management and performance management,I took the PPA project as a case study,analyzed the specific requirements of the project cost performance evaluation and C Company Project Performance Management.Then,the evaluation index is identified,and then the performance model of project cost management is established.Finally,by using the establishment of the performance model,performance evaluation of the PPA project was carried out.According to the principle of combination of theory and practice,this paper adopts the case analysis method,document data analysis method,expert research method and interview method,key performance index method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Research and practice closely get together.In this paper,through the construction of the project cost management performance model,the purpose of effectively improving C company's mechanical and electrical equipment installation project cost management has reached.It has become useful attempt to improve the level of project management.
