Study On The Performance Evaluation Of The Cost Management Of The Expressway Project Of A Company Of Baotou

With economic development,expressway infrastructure projects has been continuously strengthened.Rapid construction efforts,a huge amount of capital investment,making highway project cost management and cost management performance evaluation of the increasingly prominent importance.In recent years,some improvement measures have been adopted in the cost management of expressway projects,the overall effectiveness has been negligible.In the aspect of cost management performance evaluation,the relevant documents only clarify the basic contents and procedures,and do not elaborate the standard of performance evaluation and take the evaluation method.In order to promote the development of highway projects in China and improve the performance evaluation of project cost management,it has become an indispensable measure.A company in Baotou City,a construction enterprise engaged in the construction of highway projects in western region of Inner Mongolia.In recent years,with the continuous increase of business,strengthening the project cost management performance evaluation of company and improving the cost management have also become a necessary solution for this company problem.Based on this,the paper takes Baotou A Company as an example,and studies the performance evaluation of company's expressway project cost management.First of all,based on the status quo of performance evaluation system of this expressway project of this company,the article has found out the problems existing in the evaluation index system through interviews and questionnaires:the evaluation index covers little project phase.Based on the analysis of problems,this article based on the relevant literature,the evaluation index system has been improved in order to determine final evaluation index system.Then,based on the established evaluation index system,this article uses analytic hierarchy process and topological theory to build a cost management performance evaluation model.In the evaluation model,AHP is used to determine the index weight;topology theory is used to evaluate the performance.Finally,taking the M highway project of A Company in Baotou City as an example,the author makes a comprehensive evaluation of the project's cost management performance using a definite evaluation model,and draws the conclusion that the project cost management performance is poor.The perfect cost management performance evaluation index system and performance evaluation model proposed by the article provide a new scientific method to improve company's cost management.
