Hydraulic integrated pipe network promotes the development of hydraulic system to integration and standardization.The integrated pipe network has a large number of internal flow paths,which are crisscrossed in the space arrangement and have interference limitations.The traditional machining process causes the internal flow passage of the hydraulic integrated pipe network to be generally right angled,andinevitably,there are large and small craft holes.With the development of manufacturing technology,the integrated pipe network can be designed as an arc transition structure without restricting the design of cross drilling,and the bending angle of the flow channel can be changed,so as to optimize the structure of the integrated pipe network and reduce energy consumption.This paper mainly studies the flow channel of the Integrated pipe network.Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method was used to analyze the influence of the structural parameters of the inner flow passage on the flow characteristics of the manifold.According to the development of augmented material manufacturing technology,the optimization method of arc transition structure is put forward,and the influence of corner size and bending angle on the fluid flow characteristics in the Integrated pipe network is analyzed.It provides theoretical basis and optimization method for the design of Integrated pipe network.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,the basic governing equations of liquid flow are introduced.The commonly used turbulence models in computational fluid dynamics are systematically introduced.The influence of drag and local resistance on flow is analyzed.Secondly,three dimensional models of different flow paths are established and meshed.The flow characteristics of the flow passage are analyzed in the simulation software FLUENT,and the flow characteristics such as pressure,velocity and trace are obtained under different structural parameters of the flow passage.Finally,PIV visualization test rig for the runner was set up.The flow characteristics of flow passage under different structural parameters were tested.The test results coincide with the numerical analysis results.The credibility of numerical analysis is verified.The research content has guiding significance for the optimization design of integrated pipe network.
