Integrated passenger transport hub is a synergistic hub system integrating various transportation modes. With the rapid development of urban traffic and intercity traffic, integrated passenger transport hub has gradually become a key link in urban transportation system. However, due to the passenger transfer behavior at the integrated hub involves a variety of traffic facilities supply, there generally exists several problems such as the connection between different traffic modes is not smooth, and the transfer efficiency is not high.etc.This paper relies on the National Nature Science Foundation of China(51338003,71771049,51678132).In this study,it took the integrated transport hub passengers as the subject, designed questionnaires for all kinds of transfer modes respectively, from the perspective of the psychological perception of inconveniences from the hub passengers. Then it effectively captured the transfer behavior of the passengers in the target survey site by reasonable investigation, and established a database for the integrated transport hub passengers transfer behavior.Secondly,it established the Rasch model which is based on the IRT theory,on the basis of thorough analysis of characteristic of all kinds of typical hub transfer modes, and fit the model by the use of effective samples in the database. The results of the model included the estimated value of variety inconvenience item difficulty and the passenger individual ability to overcome the transfer inconvenience.Through the comparative analysis of the two types of estimated values, the paper explored the problem of the transfer procedure at the integrated hub.Lastly,by predicting the optimizing benefits of the specific improvement measures of the four urban transport connections and discriminating the target passenger group,it put forward the optimization strategy of the integrated hub transfer resource allocation. The results showed that among with the ten typical transfer modes at the integrated hub,the satisfaction degree, the concern of transfer information and the transfer services inconvenience conception of the passengers are different. The present situation of urban bus mode is most difficult for passengers to transfer. The results of ANOVA analysis and DIF analysis showed that there is a significant difference in the individual ability of the passengers to overcome the inconveniences who had different characteristic properties. Moreover, the different improvement measures of the four transfer modes and the degree of the optimization can bring different improvement effects to those passengers with different individual characteristics.Urban metro and the car are the two modes which can obtain the higher attraction ratio during the overall optimization process.Compared to previous study which usually pay attention to one transfer mode, this paper included two intercity travel modes and five types of urban transport transfer modes, and designed different questionnaires respectively for different traffic modes,to comprehensively study the passenger transfer behavior of the integrated hub.The paper diagnosed the transfer problem and proposed the optimization of the transfer resource allocation from three aspects of space, time and information services, based on the passenger inconvenience perception, which can provide reference policy recommendations.
