In automated clinical laboratory,the fully automatic liquid processing platform receives more and more attention for its efficiency,reasonable human-computer interaction,and safe experimental environment.The automatic pipette is mainly responsible for transfer and precise distribution of the samples in automatic liquid processing platform.It is the core functional module with the highest experimental participation in the liquid processing platform.The liquid distribution precision and intelligence of pipetting module largely determine the working performance of fully automatic liquid processing platform.Therefore,to design and develop an intelligent pipette with high-precision liquid distribution capability and key technologies such as automatic liquid level detection and real-time monitoring of abnormal conditions has important significance for performance improvement of fully automatic liquid processing platform.This research is focused on the micropipette-based liquid handling system based on intelligent pipette,realize key technologies such as automatic liquid level detection and monitoring of various abnormal conditions during the process of micro-liquid processing.The work of thesis mainly reflected in following aspects:(1)The principle of air displacement micropipette was studied in detail,and the pressure changing inside pipette during the pipetting process was analyzed,which provided theoretical basis for the technology of pressure liquid level detection and abnormal liquid process monitoring.(2)Analyze capacitance change phenomenon during liquid level detection of intelligent pipette,provide theoretical basis for capacitive liquid level detection technology.(3)Design and build a hardware platform for micro-liquid processing systems.Design and test functional circuit circuits for motor drive,capacitive liquid level detection,pressure data acquisition and data communication.(4)The software algorithm in micro-liquid processing system was designed to implement capacitive liquid level detection algorithm,pressure liquid level detection algorithm,abnormal liquid processing monitoring algorithm,and motor motion control algorithm.
