The automatic laying technology of carbon fiber composite material breaks through the bottleneck of large-size composite parts relying on manual molding.It is an advanced CNC machining technology for advanced composite parts developed by developed countries in Europe and America in recent decades.Improved development of fiber tow placement technology(ie,Automatic Fiber Placement Technology),both of which use a fixed width,resin-impregnated carbon fiber prepreg tape for automated layup,with the advantages of high efficiency,high precision and high reliability.It is suitable for the manufacture of composite parts for aircraft such as civil or military transport aircraft and fighter early warning aircraft.It has become a typical manufacturing process for large composite components in the aerospace industry in Europe and the United States.In order to adapt to the development and application of new technologies and quality requirements,aircraft manufacturers use automatic tape laying technology to replace manual laying of workers in the manufacture of a certain type of UAV wing skin.The automatic tape laying technology relies on the automatic calculation of numerical control equipment for pre-dipping.Laminated and automatically cut material in the 0°/90°/45°/-45° direction of the tape.Integrated with the manual laying machine to ensure the shape of the web and laser projection to ensure the correct angle of layup Two kinds of equipment functions.So in the process of automatic lay-up,the fiber placement direction must meet the design direction of the part layup angle,the prepreg lay-up must meet the wrinkles of the material,no bridging,no fiber breakage,the gap between adjacent materials should be designed to meet the gap tolerance design requirements.If the above process manufacturing technology is not enough,it will affect the automatic tape laying technology will be applied to the engineering manufacture of actual aircraft composite parts.This thesis will provide the engineering process control standard for the manufacturing technology of the automatic belt manufacturing process,and realize the engineering application of the belt manufacturing control scheme.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Research on automatic tape laying trajectory planningComprehensively analyze the requirements of the gap between the tape and the principle of trajectory planning,study the gap tolerance of the natural path of the automatic tape trajectory algorithm,study the gap analysis method in the automatic zoning trajectory planning;consider the gap tolerance into various curved surface.A trajectory planning algorithm is established to meet the requirements of the gap between the tape and the prepreg tape without wrinkles and fiber tears in the automatic placement process.2.Research on automatic laying motion simulation technologyIn order to realize the pre-judgment of the risk of laying,improve the efficiency of the laying and the safety of the tape laying operation.After the automatic laying machine is programmed,if there is no program running and collision interference software simulation,the first new program runs on the machine tool,there is a very large risks,poor quality of program operation.By using VERICUT software to independently develop motion simulation software,optimize program control,realize real-time display of the graphics function,and set the parameters corresponding to the interference check item of the tapelayer,to realize the motion simulation and interference check of the machine tool,which can effectively avoid the accident occurred machining of the collision tooling.3.Research on automatic tape laying monitoring technologyThrough the research of numerical control system data module and processing information module,data acquisition and construction of monitoring software architecture.Specifically,the automatic data acquisition module of the numerical control system collects the coordinates of each axis of the numerical control system,the current working coordinates of each axis,the processing speed,the machine state,the fault condition,etc.The processing information acquisition module collects the part processing information and material information;The data collected by the two modules is stored in the remote database server set by the company in real time.The digital production line integration system of the professional factory can access the processing task information through the interface or data view to realize the numerical information data and processing tasks of the automatic tape laying system.Display of information,as well as real-time graphical display of the tape.4.Research on manufacturing technology of automatic tape laying processThrough the experimental test research on the automatic pre-preg,the band gap control ability,the pressure of the roller and the angle precision,the design and determination of the automatic laying process parameters,the realization of the automatic laying motion simulation technology,monitoring technology,process manufacturing technology.Automatic tape laying technology applied to the actual production of composite wing skins for aircraft.The manufacture of composite wing skin automatic layup based on automatic tape laying technology has been widely used in aircraft manufacturing enterprises.Based on the results of theoretical research,this paper constructs a composite wing coating manufacturing system based on automatic tape laying control technology.Through the manufacture and non-destructive testing of wing skin parts,it fully meets the requirements of process inspection,and the parts are manufactured qualified.The repercussions are a successful transformation and improvement of composite manufacturing technology.The implementation of complete practical applications in aerospace manufacturing enterprises has solved specific problems and has a promotion significance.
