The traditional aircraft electromechanical system has its own system.The equipment and cables in the cabin are miscellaneous.The reliability,maintainability and safety of the whole aircraft and system are very poor,and the structure of the aircraft is complex and heavy.Considering the defects of the traditional electromechanical system,this thesis presents a typical distributed and opaque structure of the electromechanical integrated management system.The integration of control and management of airborne electromechanical system is achieved,which improves the traditional aircraft electromechanical system.Based on the influence of data bus technology on the architecture of the electromechanical integrated management system,this thesis analyzes and determines the architecture scheme of the electromechanical integrated management system.In addition,the deficiency of the existing electromechanical integrated management system with dual-redundancy master/slave working model is analyzed,then a management system with three-redundancy electromechanical integrated management computer.as the research object is proposed.In this paper,the redundancy management technology and BIT technology are used to design the three-redundancy management strategy.It can achieve mutual monitoring and voting between channels,and also refine the redundancy and fault-tolerant design of the electromechanical integrated management system.Based on the three-redundancy management strategy and algorithm designed in this paper,a simulation system of the integrated electromechanical management system is constructed.The software of the integrated electromechanical management system is developed and tested,which is aimed at verifying the feasibility of the redundancy management strategy of the integrated electromechanical management system.The master simulation software,the open-loop master test software and the simulation model software of the electromechanical subsystem are designed.The mechatronic subsystem simulation test target agent service software is used to achieve the real-time closed-loop simulation of the system.The automated configuration management software is used to achieve the scheduling switch of three modes,which including closed-loop simulation model,open-loop test model and automated test model.Therefore,the feasibility and rationality of the three-redundancy electromechanical integrated management system is verified.
