With the increasing amount of car ownership,excessive exploitation of petroleum resources and the increasingly serious environmental pollution,the development of electric vehicles has become the focus of research in the field of social and scientific research.How to improve the stability and fluency of the vehicle control has become the key link of the control system.Under this background,the electric vehicle is used as the research object,mainly for the development of the software and hardware of the control system and the research of the electronic differential speed.Firstly,this thesis introduces the development of electric vehicles at home and abroad,and analyzes the control method of wheel motor.Wheel hub type brushless DC motor as the driving motor of electric vehicle,the model and the characteristic equation of the motor are established and the control principle and control method are analyzed.In addition,two different speed control modes of the electric vehicle are studied,and the motion model of the electric vehicle is analyzed in each mode and the differential control strategy is be obtained.Secondly,this paper designs the hardware circuit of the electric vehicle based on in-wheel motor driven.Including signal generator,vehicle main controller,motor drive controller.The main controller through the A/D circuit to collect various signal,the collected signal is analyzed and processed in the main controller and sent to the motor drive controller,the motor drive controller driving motor completes each task according to the received instruction.Thirdly,the control system of electric vehicle is realized by software according to the structure of the hardware circuit.The main controller samples the A / D of various types of signals.The main controller handles the sampling signal.The calculation of the differential control for the main controller.CAN-BUS between the main controller and the motor drive controller.Motor drive controller detects the motor current and the hall location.As well as PWM speed control and double closed loop PID control,etc.Finally,the main hardware in the control system of the electric vehicle is introduced,and the performance of the control system is verified by the test.
