Independent drive wheel, the double wheel motor of electric vehicle structurally get ridof the bondage of the traditional cars, fully play the advantages of electric drive, wheel hubmotor drive is the core of electric vehicle technology. Electrons in the double wheelindependent drive electric vehicle differential technology through the two motor coordinationto replace the traditional car very complicated mechanical differential device, the electronicdifferential technology to ensure the precision of the vehicle steering, the key technology isthe prerequisite of handling stability. In this paper, the double rear wheel hub motor drive forelectric cars as the research object, the drive and differential control system were studied.This article selects the permanent magnet synchronous motor as drive motor, permanentmagnet synchronous motor for model establishment and analysis of the direct torque controlsystem, and validate the feasibility of the direct torque control scheme. Paper in view of theelectric car wheel motor model, dynamic model and seven degrees of freedom model is set up.The wheel motor drive electric cars to drive the steering stability as the target, studied theelectric car wheel motor based on slip ratio of the electronic differential control method.Simulation results show that direct torque control method can realize the dynamiccontrol of the motor torque, has good control ability, the electronic differential control basedon slip ratio control method can make the wheel motor drive electric vehicle has good steeringdifferential performance and handling stability.
