Based on the the advantages of electric vehicles,China’s energy security,energy utilization and environmental pollution,improve the international competitiveness of C hina’s automobile industry and other aspects consideration,the C hinese government strongly supports the development of electric vehicles in recent years,the electric vehicle also becomes more and more commercialized and popular.As the core component of the electric vehicle,the vehicle controller has a crucial influence on the performance of the whole vehicle.With the function of pure electric vehicles becoming more and more complex,and safety and stability requirements are also increasing,the amount of code also began to expand rapidly.However the market competition leads to increasingly demanding sho rter development cycle,the traditional controller development process has been difficult to meet the current needs of software development.Model-based design method is a popular method of controller development in recent years,which greatly improves the development efficiency of vehicle controller software.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and engineering significance to study the application of the new software development idea and method in the software development of vehicle controller.With the sharp increase of calibration parameters,calibration software has increasingly become a key technology and difficult technology of vehicle controller software development.The research of vehicle controller calibration software is of great significance for improving the control effect of vehicle controller software.Based on the actual project,the main research and work are as follows:(1)The software system based on the mainstream conventional model-based design method has been designed and developed for the four wheel independent wheel drive vehicle controller’s electronic control.(2)Aiming at the defects of the conventional model-based software development method found in the actual project development process,a full-automatic code software system development plan based on model design for vehicle controller has been designed and developed.The scheme first encapsulates the underlying hardware function of Infineon TC1728 into a Simulink module in the MATLAB/Simulink environment through the S function.Then,by writing the corresponding TLC file of the bottom function module,the module can support the automatic generation function,and generate the hardware function code of the S function.All the developed modules are put into the module browsing library,and the underlying hardware driver library of the TC1728 support code generation is built.Based on the hardware driver library and actual project’s requird,built full-automatic code model from the bottom to the upper function of vehicle controller includes automatic code hardware driver module,task management module and the strategies of the algorithm module.All software code of controller can be generated by full-automatic code model.(3)The calibration system of the vehicle controller based on the CCP calibration protocol has been studied,and key research and development has been carried out for the software of the lower computer.(4)based on the hardware in the loop platform constructed by dSPAC E,the feasibility and effectiveness of the fully automatic code software system based on Model-based design method for vehicle controller based has been verified by hardware in the loop experiment.At the same time,calibration function verification has been also carried out for the developed calibration system.
