In the new vocational education modes about integration of theory and practice,as an important reflecting means of the teaching content truly and intuitively,more and more users and developers pay attention to the virtual practical teaching system.Users of the virtual practical teaching system of automobile major are interested in the true sense of the system.Therefore,combining the virtual model and the user experience in the design of virtual practical teaching system of automobile major will become a new development direction and design trend of the virtual practical teaching system.In this paper,the research focuses on how to improve the user experience of virtual practical teaching system of automobile major.In order to improve the user experience of the virtual practical teaching system of automobile major,it tries to draw the map of users' mental model based on the theory of the user's mental model.Then,it summarizes the design elements of user experience according to the map of users' mental model.First of all,seemed the user experience as the guidance,the paper analyzes the problems of the existing virtual practical teaching system of automobile major about user characteristics,usability,user experience and so on.Secondly,based on the guidance of mental model theory,the paper aims to find the users' mental model about the virtual practical teaching system of automobile major and draw the map of users' mental model.And through the user's mental map,the paper explores the influencing factors of virtual practical teaching system of automobile major and proposes the RED model to improve the user experience of the virtual practical teaching system of automobile major.Then,the paper designs a software about the virtual practical teaching system of automobile major according to the design influencing factors.It shows the new research direction of the virtual practical teaching system of automobile major and achieves the ultimate goal of improving the user experience.Finally,the paper evaluates the use experience satisfaction of the virtual practical teaching system of automobile major and summarizes the evaluation process of the virtual practical teaching system of automobile major.At the same time,it clarifies the validity of the results.Aimed at the design research of the virtual practical teaching system of automobile major,the paper improves the user experience according to narrow the gap between the mental models and pattern models.Importantly,the virtual practical teaching system of automobile major has a positive effect on use experience satisfaction about theory and practice.
