Assmembly Line Balancing Research Of BW Company Solenoid Workshop

Assembly line is widely used in most of the manufacturing companies of production organization,improving assembly line assembly line balancing rate increase productivity,reduce costs,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,so the problem is not only a lot of companies have been working on the Assembly line,is the focus of many scholars worked tirelessly over the past decades.This paper's research object is SSA assembly line of BW company,using industry engineering analysis method and work fixed determination of method,firstly,lists the article assembly line of elements,then painting out process program analysis figure,and lists priority relationship of all elements,thereafter put standard information method and company's data combined to obtain the standard time of each element.Secondly,Used heuristic balance algorithm to divide station,preliminary reached pre balance of assembly line.Thirdly,after a period production,found that the assembly line didn't operation well compare with the theory balancing rate;then using 4M1 E method for analysis to find bottleneck process,and painting out the fish bone figure to analysis the reasons,then used 4M1 E method to improve the bottleneck process.Using the Simio simulation software to validate if the method can work well.At last,using assembly line balancing rate,time utilization ratio and assembly line smoothing index to illustrate the validity of the method.
