In the power system,the iron-core series reactor is used to limit the short circuit current and restrain the harmonics in the capacitor group.The reactor vibration not only produces noise pollution and affects the service life of the reactor,but also endangers the safe operation of the power system.In addition to the electromagnetic force in the air gap of the iron core,the magnetostrictive effect of silicon steel sheet is also one of the causes of vibration of iron-core series reactors.Starting from the vibration reason of reactor,this paper obtained the vibration characteristics of the reactor through simulation and experimental research on the vibration of the reactor,which has important practical significance for further design and manufacture of vibrationreduction system of reactors.Firstly,the test of the material of the reactor used in the experiment was carried out.A test system of electrical silicon steel sheet is adopted to testnon-oriented silicon steel sheet 50WW470.The basic magnetization curves and magnetostriction characteristics in the non-oriented silicon steel sheet were obtained,which lays the material foundation for the finite element simulation calculation of the vibration of the reactor.Secondly,the simulation calculation of the reactor is carried out.Based on the magnetic field and the basic formula of the mechanic field,a three dimensional model of the magnetic-mechanical coupling is obtained.A three-dimensional geometric model of a product grade series reactor is established,and the current value of the reactor is added to the simulation model.The magnetic field and force distribution of reactor under normal operation are obtained through finite element simulation.Through the analysis of the simulation,the vibration of the reactor can be obtained at different locations by considering the electromagnetic force alone,considering the effect of the magnetostrictive effect alone and considering the two,respectively.Finally,the vibration of the reactor is tested.The vibration acceleration values of the reactor under different conditions and different voltage were obtained.According to the test results,the data of vibration acceleration is analyzed in the time domain and frequency domain.Then,the vibration characteristics of reactor and the influence of voltage on reactor vibration are obtained.By comparing the experimental results with the simulation results,the correctness of the simulation model is verified,which provides a theoretical basis for further vibration reduction and noise reduction.
