Under the background of energy crisis and deterioration of the climate environment,many new energy sources like solar power,wind turbine power and tidal power have been developed rapidly.In recent years,as a new type of clean vehicles,electric vehicles(EVs)are favored by the majority of users due to its low energy consumption and low noise.Meanwhile,the popularization of electric vehicles can gradually reduce the human dependence on traditional fossil fuels and it has great significance to the sustainable development of society as well.This paper,based on the background of EVs' largely adoption to the micro-grid,firstly analyze the travel characteristics of EVs and establish the model of its charging load.Monte Carlo simulation method is adopted to calculate the power consumption of the vehicles when the vehicles are out of order.After analyzing the EVs' stochastic charging model,establishing a demand response model of electric vehicle owners with the change of electricity price.Through the price adjustment strategy,EVs will change the charging time to ease the pressure of power grid,which is conducive to peak shaving and valley filling.Establish a multi-objective optimization scheduling model aiming at the lowest micro-grid power generation cost and the pollutant cost of EVs.The Weibull distribution and Beta distribution are used to describe the randomness of wind speed and light intensity.At the same time,establish the output model of each distributed generation in micro-grid.What's more the optimization scheduling model is solved by the multi objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on Pareto.Finally,forecasting the solar power and wind turbine output power,simulating the daily load,calculating the micro source output power and operation cost of the single objective and multi objective optimization(MOPSO)respectively.The simulation results show that the multi objective optimization can effectively coordinate the economic and environmental protection of micro-grid operation.The electricity price adjustment mechanism can effectively reduce the peak and valley load of micro grid load,save electric vehicle charging costs.
