With the crisis of the world energy and the consciousness of environmental protection is increasingly increased,much attention has been paid to the development and utilization of biomass resources.Biomass pyrolysis gasification technology has two characteristics of utilization and harmless,development prospect is good.Based on previous studies,this paper proposes the flue gas atmosphere laying low calorific value of material pyrolysis and pyrolysis gas combustion cycle process,and to carry out experimental study.Start with TG-FTIR combined experiment,the key to explore the reaction atmosphere and heating rate on the pyrolysis characteristics and the influence of the gas law,through the thermal dynamic analysis,to explore the pyrolysis reaction mechanism at different stages.The experimental results show that the flue gas atmosphere pyrolysis DTG curves exist two obvious weightlessness peak,the temperature reached 800℃,there is a reactionCO2+C→CO,thus enhancing the biomass conversion rate,increase the gas phase precipitation,and improve the calorific value of pyrolysis gas.The results of thermodynamic analysis shows that,with the process of reaction,activation energy value increases.In the process of continuous pyrolysis,the reaction temperature should be increased in the late stage of pyrolysis,which can provide more heat and promote the gasification reaction.Secondly,temperature pyrolysis experiments conducted by tube furnace system,and the experimental results show that constant temperature of 750℃and above,pyrolysis gas CO precipitation curves appear in twin peaks,with the improvement of constant temperature,bimodal phenomenon more obvious,is consistent with the process of DTG curve second weightlessness peak,at the same time provide the basis for continuous pyrolysis gasifier temperature setting.Carry out continuous pyrolysis gasification experiment,then seek the pyrolytic conversion with the pyrolysis gas heating value are the best working condition of the high,and energy balance analysis of continuous pyrolysis process.Results show that the improved oxygen enrichment ratio,proportion of co2 in flue gas,carbon monoxide and hydrogen content in the pyrolysis gas ratio rose,overall calorific value increase,the motor speed is 0.5 r/min,oxygen enrichment percentage 35.25%,the product of pyrolysis gas phase flow rate is 11.078~3m/h,pyrolysis low calorific value is 3.3 MJ/m~3.Finally,Low calorific value of the last group pyrolysis is combusted,continuous pyrolysis,pyrolysis gas combustion cycle technology study is processed,pyrolysis gas calorific value is 3.3 MJ/m3,pyrolysis gas combustion intensity is158.55kW/m~2,theoretical combustion temperature is 1192.5℃;Temperature,smoke gas in 28.46%,can meet the demand of the smoke gas and energy for the pyrolysis process.The research results of this paper provide basic data and theoretical support for the realization of the stable operation of the cycle and the process of heat output.
