As a large agricultural country,Chinese crop straw is rich in resources and variety.However,there are nearly 3 tons of straw abandoned or burned,causing serious environmental pollution and waste of resources.At the same time,as the excessive use of chemical fertilizer and excessive development of agriculture,resulting in the soil quality decreased and heavy metal pollution.Biomass pyrolysis carbonization technology which has fast conversion speed,high conversion efficiency and strong adaptability of raw materials is one of the important ways of comprehensive utilization of straw.Based on the theoretical research and field investigation of pyrolysis carbonization technology.Through the theoretical analysis,computer simulation and experimental analysis,the technical parameters are optimized.The main research work and innovation are as follows:(1)Mechanism of pyrolysis and carbonization.Based on the literature review,the effects of pyrolysis temperature,heating time and reaction pressure on the pyrolysis reaction were studied.By studying the physical and chemical properties of pyrolysis products,such as biochar,pyrolysis gas and pyrolysis oil,the process route was designed to meet the design requirements.(2)Technical study of continuous pyrolysis and carbonization.Piecewise continuous pyrolysis process of heating technique.Pyrolysis of biomass raw materials were carried out by using different temperature fields.According to this principle,designed the five stage pyrolysis heating furnace.Used ANSYS to simulate the temperature field of the five stage pyrolysis furnace.Obtained the temperature field,and the optimal temperature field by pyrolysis mechanism analysis and experimental study.(3)Study on pyrolysis equipment.Choose or design the parts according to the process,including pyrolysis reactor design,biochar heat cooling design and gas separation device,gas burner design and motor,speed reducer,pressure gauge and flow meter selection.Use the three-dimensional design software SolidWorks for component design and component assembly,through the Sketchup on the assembly animation rendering;Use Adams software on the arch device for kinematics analysis;Use the configuration software IFIX development of human-computer interaction interface,to achieve real-time monitoring and control of the process.(4)Experimental study on pyrolysis.Including the cold state test of the equipment parameters calibration and the later pyrolysis experiments.The results show that the pyrolysis equipment realizes the pyrolysis reaction under different temperature field,raw material processing capacity can reach 25kg/h,the heating time can be adjusted in the range of 5min-60 min,the pyrolytic temperature can reach 700?.Pyrolytic carbonization products,biochar,pyrolysis oil and pyrolysis gas can be collected and metered to meet the design requirements,Achieved the continuous pyrolysis of biomass,carbon-oil-gas co-generation and pyrolysis carbonization temperature field regulation.
