| At present,the total mileage of the road of our country is 446.39 million kilometers,it has become the first in the world,the total mileage of the expressway is 11.19 million kilometers.The maintenance of high grade pavement engineering is even more important.Energy saving and environmental protection is the goal of the future conservation work.By combining the hot recycling technology of asphalt pavement with the thin layer paving technology,to put forward a new "Layered paving,Compacting together" "Low carbon thin layer integration" pavement maintenance mode,which can improve the level of maintenance,to extend the maintenance cycle,save raw materials,reduce maintenance costs,and aiding in the old pavement material(RAP)material utilization at the same time.Through the field investigation of pavement diseases,it is found that the mainlyasphalt pavement early diseases are : pavement crack,ruts,and poor smoothness;combined with the commonly used maintenance technology,using contrast analysis method,this paper brings forward the "low carbon thin layer integration" as maintenance plan.According to RAP material analysis,that total bitumen content basically unchanged.Old mineral aggregate become finer;by "deviation degree calculation" we need add new mines material to gradation adjustment;the regeneration agent viscosity were calculated by using theory of composite material,determine which kind of regeneration agent is the best;By using ANSYS to simulate the temperature field of hot in-place recycling pavement,to determine the heating method and the heating time;it’s found thatthe temperature is higher,heating time is shortened;wind speed is larger,heating time is longer.Through the viscoelasticity theory,using ANSYS on the pavement deformation,stress numerical simulation to determine the optimum layer thickness;regeneration layer modulus is smaller,the thickness should be thicker;Compare with the traditional hot recycled asphalt pavement,milled and rebuilding new road,integration of thin-layer pavement "of the road performance,verify the integration layer technology can not only low carbon and environmental protection,and the road performance has a great advantage.To analyze the performance of "Low carbon thin layer integration technology",not only in the pavement materials,regeneration agent,rake pine cost,transportation cost has a good economic benefit,but also has good social benefits in terms of energy conservation,environmental protection,shortening the time limit for a project such as. |
