Nowadays in the world developed countries, the CAE technique has been widely used in the process of exploiting new automobile products. But in our country, due to the limitation of design% technic and manufacture condition, it is mostly manual draft and calculation. It is still in the traditional phase of static intensity~ analogy and experience. In order to improve the quality and competition of our automobile, it needs to exploit advanced CAD software for automobile design. The CAD for aluminum alloy hub is a important part in it. The main content of the item ?Modern Design System of Aluminum Alloy Hub?is to exploit CAD software for aluminum alloy hub of auto and motorcycle. This software includes sculpting design of hub finite element intention computation and optimization. It can provide a advanced design instrument of aluminum alloy hub for the designers. As one of the important study content, the work in this thesis are: using mechanical 3-dimensional ploting software MDT ( Mechanical Desktop ) to sculpt aluminum alloy hub and establish figure library of hubs. Using the finite element analysis software NASTRAN, we select the aluminum alloy hub of SANTANA and compute its static intention, so we can know the distribution of stress and strain of the hub. At the same time, on the dynamic bend experiment machine of wheel, we do intention experiment to validate the result of the finite element analysis. |
