| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the people’s living standards are constantly improving.The main contradiction of society has changed from the contradiction between the people’s growing material and cultural needs and backward social production to the people’s growing needs and imbalances.The contradiction between inadequate development.Under the strategy of sustainable development,China has vigorously promoted the process of “residential industrialization” and vigorously developed prefabricated buildings.The national government has issued a number of relevant policies and regulations to promote and support prefabricated buildings.The staircase is an important vertical traffic passage in the building and an essential building component.This paper mainly studies the mechanical properties of prefabricated stairs.The mechanical properties of the prefabricated staircase are studied by the mechanical test of the prefabricated staircase itself and the influence of the different connection modes of the prefabricated staircase and the main body on the main frame structure.This paper adopts a test.The prefabricated stairs used in this test are prefabricated stairs used in a residential community project in a city.By applying loads to the prefabricated stairs step by step,the deflection of the span of the step plate and the cracks appearing are observed and observed until the crack After the width reaches the specified value of the specification,the test is completed.Finally,according to the test data,the test parameters such as crack width,deflection,bearing capacity and crack resistance test of the prefabricated stairs all meet the requirements of the specification,which provides a reliable basis for subsequent structural modeling and analysis.According to an actual project,three identical frame models of no-stairs,fresh-connected cast-in-place stair and sliding split stair are respectively established by PKPM.The horizontal seismic force calculations of the three models are carried out by using SATWE software to analyze the shear force of each model.Data such as floor displacement and natural vibration period,through data comparison,concludes that the stairs will increase the overall rigidity of the frame,while the sliding separation prefabricated staircase has less contribution to the frame stiffness than the just-connected cast-in-place staircase.Conclusion: The mechanical performance of the prefabricated staircase is good,and its sliding connection with the main body of the frame has advantages over the newly connected cast-in-place stairway.More importantly,the prefabricated stairway is energy-saving and environmentally friendly,in line with the national development strategy,and the general trend should be vigorously promoted.. |
