| In recent years,with the rapid development of building material manufacturing enterprises in our country,the building material business also faces many challenges at the same time.The overcapacity,enterprises scattering,waste of resources,low level of informatization and other factors are becoming serious problems which curb the development of building material industry.Most building material manufacturing enterprises have appeared the phenomenon of the imbalance of equipment manufacturing resources,which is mainly menifested by idle equipment resources caused by overcapacity,insufficient production capacity caused by equipment shortages and other issues.The source of these problems is that equipment resouces did not receive rational allocation.As one of the countries which have the most abundant manufacturing resource,the present situation of waste of equipment resources is not conductive to the highly competitive market.Low level enterprise informatization,backward in technique and management level,idle equipment resources and other issues are pressing for building material enterprises to make changes in the innovation ability.Therefore,it is significant to study the combinatorial optimization method of equipment resource allocation and information sharing system for enterprises to break through the bottleneck and achieve a comprehensive development.Based on the background of the multi-task and multi-process manufacturing mode for the building material manufacturing enterprise,low utilization ratio is analysed due to equipment resource occupation and conflict.And aiming at the problems such as low utilization ratio of equipment resources,low level of information management and so on,the equipment resource sharing and allocation optimization methods are studied.In this regard,main research contents and work are shown as follows:(1)Through the research of modeling method of equipment resources in building material manufacturing enterprises,and the classification and characteristic analysis of equipment manufacturing resources of building material manufacturing enterprises with heterogeneous dynamic properties,expression model of equipment resource is unified and standardized.Then,it is necessary to research the semantic description of equipment resources based on Web services and the modeling of metadata Ontology.Finally,an ontology modeling example including OWL semantic description is used to validate the model by using the Protégé modeling tool.(2)Based on the production characteristics of building material manufacturing enterprises,the business process and process flow are analyzed in detail.And the problems existing in the allocation of equipment resources are pointed out.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the equipment configuration of the building material manufacturing enterprise,supply and demand matching framework of equipment resources is constructed based on the semantic.Finally,the equipment resource allocation framework model is established,through analyzing the operation flow of enterprise equipment configuration.(3)According to the optimization strategy of equipment resource allocation,the optimization model is constructed for building material manufacturing enterprises.Then,FPSO and improved GA optimization algorithm are used to optimize the model of collaborative manufacturing enterprises and equipment resources.On this basis,the principle and implementation steps of the optimization algorithm are analyzed,Finally,the instance analysis of the method is given.(4)Finally,proceed from reality,requirements analysis and objective analysis are made for environment resource sharing system,the development environment,goals,objectives and principles of designing system are determined.According to the actual situation,the system is applied to the enterprise,and achieved good effect. |
