Research On Standardization System Of Building Waterproof Industry

In today's world,economic globalization has made companies face a more competitive environment.Standards as the core competitiveness of enterprises,While promoting technological innovation and improving product quality,enterprises are in a technologically superior position in the competition and are increasingly valued by enterprises.Enterprises in western developed countries have placed standards on the strategic level of enterprises to plan and form a complete standardization system,so that enterprises can maintain technological leadership for a long time.After more than 60 years of development in China's building waterproofing industry,especially in the past 10 years,the overall scale of the industry has expanded more than 10 times compared with 10 years ago.The industry has basically formed a complete range of product types and supporting standards,and the production technology is basically mature.The construction method basically meets the needs of the project.However,the leakage rate is still high,and it is still the first common quality problem in the field of construction engineering.The reason is that compared with developed countries,we have not established a standardization system that fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of enterprises.It is difficult for technology innovation and technology research and development to be transformed into standardized results,and it cannot bring effects to enterprises.It is the reason for enterprises to ignore basic research.On the other hand,the overall level of building waterproofing industry standards is not high,the standardization system is imperfect,and the lack of standardized technical talents also restricts the development of the standardization system.In this paper,aiming at the construction of the standardization system of building waterproofing industry,by combing the development process of industry development and standardization,comparing the standardization system of foreign developed countries and the standardization construction of its building waterproofing industry,we can find out the problems existing in China's building waterproofing industry and the gap with foreign countries,especially in the field.The gap in the construction of the standardization system explores the establishment of a standardization system suitable for the development of the building waterproofing industry under the new standardization system.First of all,it has combed the development history of China's building waterproofing industry and introduced the current status of building waterproofing industry at home and abroad.Secondly,starting from the business environment and industry status,the main problems in the building waterproof industry in China are analyzed.Thirdly,it introduces the standardization strategy of foreign developed countries and the standardization system of building waterproofing industry.At the same time,it analyzes the standardization status of China's building waterproofing industry and compares the major gaps in the construction of standardization systems at home and abroad.Finally,based on the positioning of industry standardization and the requirements of current standardization reform,the industry standardization construction,group standards and standardization system suitable for the development of China's building waterproofing industry,as well as enterprise standards and standardization systems suitable for enterprise development are proposed.It is hoped that through the viewpoints put forward in this paper,we can enhance the awareness of industry standardization,raise the awareness of standardization,establish a standard system and standardization system suitable for the development of the industry,improve product quality and engineering quality,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
