| Over the years,project management in China has basically adopted extensive model management mode,but with the development of the country and the acceleration of urbanization process,the traditional management mode is gradually showing shortage.The key factor of success or failure of a project is the quality of its project.Therefore,project quality management has become the top priority of current project management.Strengthening the research and exploration of project quality management can provide strong theoretical support and practical significance for China’s construction projects.Today,with the development of the management system,the management system itself has become mature,but how to distinguish the two sides of the contradiction in the management system,the main aspects of the contradiction and the application methodology of the management system involved should be carefully studied.The concrete analysis of specific matters will combine abstract theory with practice and sublimate it at the same time.Innovation of existing theories and innovative thinking mode will be the main content of this paper.Therefore,the research on management system and management mode of this paper is particularly important.The main research methods adopted in this paper include literature analysis and case analysis.Firstly,from the combination of literature theory analysis and facts,the current situation of residential engineering quality management at home and abroad is analyzed and summarized,the research and application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)are analyzed,and the engineering quality management and BIM technology are introduced.This paper summarizes the project of Biguiyuan Qingtian,analyses and summarizes the problems existing in the quality management of Biguiyuan Qingtian project,and deeply studies the causes of the problems.Finally,a quality management model framework is established based on BIM technology.Through analyzing the specific situation of Biguiyuan Qingtian project,the BIM technology is applied to the project of Biguiyuan Qingtian.This paper explains the application of project quality management,establishes an efficient quality control platform based on collision detection technology and three-dimensional technology,gives full play to the digital characteristics of BIM technology,integrates building information into building models,and ensures that every construction has a basis,thus greatly improving the construction water.Level,save resources and protect the environment.In this period of severe development of the construction industry,the application of BIM technology to manage the construction level of the project is a very effective approach,which is worth promoting.However,we need to pay attention to the fact that the introduction of new technologies and methods will inevitably destroy the original management system.By studying the application of BIM technology in engineering management,this paper establishes an information-based quality management system with the characteristics of visualization and solving multi-party puzzles.I hope this study can provide more perspectives for relevant practitioners,and provide theoretical guidance for practical work,so as to promote the development of the industry. |
