The traditional elevator adopts the gear reducer device,which leads to a large volume,which not only increases the cost of the system,but also affects the aesthetics of the building.The elevator system using asynchronous motor speed regulation has many problems in terms of low speed stability and mechanical noise.The gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine has the advantages of compact structure,small volume,light weight,high power density,no heat generation of the rotor,excellent control performance,high efficiency,energy saving,etc.,and therefore is bound to be widely used in elevators.In this paper,the low-speed,high-torque gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine applied in the elevator system is studied.The design of the elevator traction drive system and the selection of the gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine are studied.Compensation,speed optimization of gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine control system.Firstly,the design of the gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine system for elevators is developed.Investigate the characteristics of the mechanical drive system of the gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine for elevators,and propose a feasible scheme to improve the traction force.According to GB7588-2003 "Safety Code for Elevator Manufacturing and Installation" and design technical requirements,the traction force is designed and checked.The selection and calculation of the main components of the gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine are carried out.Secondly,the system describes the starting torque compensation method without load cell.The dynamic characteristics of the elevator car system are analyzed.After considering the friction torque of the system,the method of "dichotomy" and "stepped" torque compensation based on the rotation direction of the motor is proposed.Finally,the method is given.Experimental waveform.The vector control calculation mode and mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous machine are discussed.The mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous machine in two-phase rotating coordinate system is discussed.The feasibility and scientificity of vector control scheme are analyzed.The vector control of permanent magnet synchronous machine is simulated by Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that the system has good static and dynamic performance,no error in steady state and strong anti-load disturbance ability.Finally,the optimization process of the permanent magnet synchronous traction machine control system is described.The encoderless gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine encoder is briefly introduced.The speed of the gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine is analyzed.The operation schemes of several different elevator speeds are compared and analyzed,and the relative distance of the encoder feedback is mainly used.It is designed for standard operation mode,absolute residual distance speed control system speed control system and absolute speed control system flow.At the same time,the gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine is verified by the absolute speed control mode.After verification,it is found that in the absolute distance speed control mode,the elevator car speed curve shows an accurate and smooth state,and the control system is performed.Commissioning and parameter adjustment to ensure the normal operation of the system,which can bring a pleasant feeling to the passengers taking the elevator and meet the design standards.
