Research On The Development Of New Energy Industry In Zhangye,Gansu Province

Energy is an important foundation for human survival and development,and a necessary condition for sustainable economic and social development.Accelerating the development of new industries,including new energy,is conducive to promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,cultivating new economic growth points,and enhancing the ability of sustainable economic development.It is also an important way to build a new round of economic competitive advantage.Zhangye City is located in the northwest of Gansu Province,the middle section of the river corridor and the golden section of the Silk Road Economic Belt.It has abundant energy resources,especially water,wind and solar energy resources.It has the basis and conditions for accelerating development.Accelerating the development of Zhangye's new energy industry is an urgent need to give full play to its resource advantages and achieve sustainable development.It is also the only way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and develop a low-carbon economy.It not only provides strong support for the Gansu Provincial Government's proposal of "building the Hexi wind power corridor and rebuilding the Three Gorges on land",but also adjusts the economy.It is of great strategic significance to change the structure,mode of development,speed up the transformation of resource advantages to economic advantages,and promote sound and rapid economic and social development of the whole city.The unique physical geographical features of Zhangye City have formed abundant energy resources,including solar energy,wind energy,water energy,biomass energy,coal and so on,which laid a foundation for the development of new energy industry in Zhangye City.However,in the development of new energy industry in Zhangye City,the construction mechanism is not perfect enough,the degree of renewable energy development and utilization is low,the problem of power transmission passage is not smooth and the problem of local absorption is increasingly prominent.The weak power grid structure of some industrial parks restricts the further development of the industry.Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward some planning suggestions to promote the development of new energy industry in Zhangye city.
