With the requirements of working environment,equipment reliability and durability,processing accuracy and equipment requirements of the hidden system,the demand of vibration control are even stronger.A simple passive vibration isolation system can not suppress the vibration,which's frequency under their own frequency 1.414 times.Active vibration isolation system can use the actuator to produce the opposite force against the excitation force to suppress low-frequency vibration effectively.With higher requirement of the algorithm complexity and real – time for active vibration isolation system,the development of special high-performance hardware controller has great significance.At present,the rapid development of semiconductor technology,they provide a technical feasibility for the development of high-performance hardware controller.An active vibration isolation system is designed for ship floating raft to suppress the vibration,which's frequency under 200 Hz,in this paper.The system uses the acceleration signal as the system input or feedback,DSP + FPGA dual-core processing architecture as the control core,and the electromagnetic actuator as the implementing agency.This article focuses on the development of hardware and software for hardware controller of active vibration isolation system.The hardware design part mainly includes FPGA and DSP minimum system circuit,AD acquisition circuit,DA acquisition circuit,I / O circuit and Ethernet communication circuit.Its schematic and PCB layout is drawn in Cadence software.The software design is divided into two parts: the FPGA software and the DSP software.The FPGA is responsible for signal acquisition and output,using the development language Verilog HDL.The program blocks included in the FPGA include the top block,the clock block,the AD acquisition block,the DA output block,and the DSP communication block.DSP is responsible for digital filtering,arithmetic operations and communication with the host computer.The DSP program is based on StarterWare software library development without OS.The main operations in the DSP program include peripheral initialization,Ethernet communication,parameter saving,digital signal processing and interrupt handling.Finally,use the signal generator,oscilloscope and calibrator to verify the function of the hardware controller on board level.The test results show that the functional modules are normal.In addition,the controller supports the uncoupled FxLMS adaptive algorithm based on feedforward with a maximum order of 320 at 2 KHz sampling rate for four-channel parallel control(the identify model filter order 300).
