Microgravity active vibration isolation system is a support platform which serves space science experiment payload with microgravity level requirements. In the microgravity active vibration isolation system, firstly, the vibration information of experiment payload is measured by displacement sensor, then the controller processes the measurement information from the displacement sensor and generates the corresponding control command, finally, the command is used to control the electromagnetic actuator which exerts force on the payload to restrain vibration. The system provides the guarantee for microgravity experiment, such as fluid physics and combustion, space basic physics, space materials science, space life science and biological technology, and so on.The electromagnetic actuator driving circuit is the most important part of the electromagnetic actuator, and its performance directly affects the microgravity active vibration isolation system. In the dissertation, to satisfy the performance requirements of the electromagnetic actuator driving circuit, electromagnetic actuator driving circuit is designed by using linear driving circuit based on linear power amplifier and switching driving circuit based on switching power amplifier. The switching driving circuit is realized in terms of analog PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) switching driving circuit and digital PWM switching driving circuit. The linear driving circuit is designed by linear power amplifier OPA549. The analog PWM switching driving circuit is designed by switching power amplifier DRV595. The digital PWM switching driving circuit is achieved by DSP (Digital Signal Processor) chip TMS320F2812and other functional circuit. In addition, the linear driving circuit and analog PWM switching driving circuit are tested according to the performance requirements of electromagnetic actuator driving circuit. Finally, the functions of digital PWM switching driving circuit is initially realized and the further research is presented.
