| As the key node of the international trade,the container is a complex system which includes many problems such as process design,production organization,management strategy,many scholars have been committed to exploring the method of application of system simulation technology in container terminal to improve its service ability,and the general simulation method can quickly response the research object the change of the increasingly urgent demand,the requirement of the simulation can be similar to the industrial manufacturing system which by assembling different parts to meet the different needs of fast,general simulation module library is put forward under this background.The conceptual model is constructed on the basis of the static abstraction based on simulation and dynamic characteristics analysis based on queuing network of the terminal components,and on this basis,the simulation module is divided,and the function and interface logic implementation are defined and improved,a kind of simulation method,which has a certain universality,a flexible and convenient modeling process,and a wide range of research problems is obtained.The main research results are as follows:(1)The technical target and function orientation of container terminal logistics system simulation module library.On the basis of the analysis of the common layout form and the process scheme,this paper analyzes the commonness of different schemes from the view of simulation level,and puts forward the technical target and function of the module library.(2)Dynamic characteristics analysis of container terminal logistics system simulation module library based on queuing network.In this paper,ship and truck for customers to build its queuing network model and analyzes its dynamic characteristics,use the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation to analyze the relationship of the various types of customers’ queuing networks,and the reliability of the entity flow simulations model are verified.(3)Container terminal logistics system simulation module library.On the basis of analyzing the common elements of static dock composition and dynamic features,this paper defines the main functions of the system entity,establishes a concept model of container terminal logistics system,and developes a specific simulation module(4)Simulation case of module library.In order to meet the research needs of a practical wharf,the model library is used to complete the model building and the scheme selection,and the engineering value is verified.The results of this study can improve the rationality and scientificity of the terminal design and operation,reduce the workload of simulation technology,improve the work efficiency and explore the laws and methods to improve the terminal service ability.It has important academic value and engineering significance. |
