With the development of economy and society,energy demand is increasing.Renewable energy has become an inevitable trend of development due to its large reserves and environmental friendly characteristics.The renewable energy generation system,such as photovoltaic power generation system,has high initial investment and power generation cost.Therefore,to improve the power generation efficiency and safety reliability of power conversion devices is of great significance to achieve economic benefits and ensure the quality of power supply.Firstly,a new dual-input dual-buck five-level inverter is researched in this paper.The advantages of dual-input dual-buck topological structure and five-level inverter are analyzed.Meanwhile,the working mode and modulation strategy of the inverter are introduced in detail.On this basis,the pv array is boosted by the Boost circuit to supply the high voltage input terminal of the inverter and supply directly the low voltage input terminal.Thus,a high-reliability photovoltaic conversion system is constructed for photovoltaic power generation.By analyzing the stress of switches and calculating the loss,the efficiency of the high-reliability pv transformation system with new topologies can be improved in theory.And it is better than the traditional two-stage photovoltaic transformation structure with full bridge inverter.For the situation that the output of pv array presents multi-peaks characteristic under partial shadow conditions,the new artificial intelligence particle swarm algorithm is adopted to carry out the maximum power point tracking,meanwhile the iterative parameters of the algorithm are optimized.The improved particle swarm algorithm is applied to the new photovoltaic parallel converter,and the modulation strategy of parallel operation is given.At last,a prototype of 1kW is designed and developed.The prototype are digitally controlled by DSP.The experimental results show that the the topology,control algorithm and modulation strategy of the new high reliability photovoltaic converter system are feasible and effective.Compared with the traditional photovoltaic converter,it has the advantages of high safety and reliability as well as high efficiency. |
