With the continuous improvement of ground transportation,especially the rapid development of high-speed rail,the siphon effect of hub airports on surrounding small and medium-sized airports becomes more and more obvious.As a result,the unbalanced development of multi-airport in the region is further aggravated.From the perspective of the development of small airports in the airport cluster,the market share of some routes that compete with the neighboring hub airports is decreasing and the travelers are losing.The fundamental reason for this is the overall service level of small and medium-sized airport(mainly including flight frequency and ticket prices)can't meet the travel needs of passengers under market economy.In China's civil aviation transportation industry,flight frequency and ticket prices have a great impact on the share of the passenger transport market.Reasonable flight frequency and ticket prices not only enable airlines to occupy more market share to obtain greater benefits,but also affect passenger travel options and travel costs.In view of this,this paper makes a study of the following aspects of flight frequency and ticket price under the influence of siphon effect:Firstly,this paper analyzes the mechanism of siphon effect and its impact.Secondly,based on the travel cost,time,service frequency and punctuality rate in the whole travelling process,the passengers' travel utility is analyzed and through the Logit model the market share rate model is established for the two main types of passenger transport modes: direct flight and air-rail combined transport.Then,by using the perspective of game theory,this paper analyzes theplayer of game,optional strategies and process under the influence of the siphon effect and considers the airline ticket revenue and passenger additional revenue,and constructs the airline ticket price game model of direct and intermodal with the social benefit as the objective function.In view of the frequency optimization problem,a bi-level programming game modelis established,and a heuristic algorithm based on sensitivity analysis is designed to solve the model.Finally,by taking Shanghai airport's siphon effect on Wuxi airport in the Yangtze River Delta Airport Group as an example,the thesis analyzes the impact of changes in fare and frequency on the market share and social benefits of the two modes in detail.And through the relevant data validates and compares the optimization result of the fare game,frequency game respectively and simultaneously.The final results show that the flight frequency and air ticket price under balanced conditions can improvesocial benefitand the optimization effect of frequency and fare strategy is more obvious.
