The aeroengine parts’ materials and structures have been changed a lot recently,because of thedevelopment and improvement of aeroengine performance and design structure,that more and more hard materials and easily deformable materials have been used widely in the new parts,which design structures are more sophisticated and flexible.So the traditional rough processing can’t be able to meet the new requirements completely.The problems influencing on the split-ring parts produce delivery are solved,that the reworking phenomenon caused b the parts deformation,via the researching in manufacturing and assembly processing,Also the linkage swing angle clamping occurred in a engine model is solved,that will guarantee quality of manufacturing and assembly,even improve or optimize the engine performance.Then a evidence has been offered for the similar parts in the future.The possible reasons making split-ring parts deformation are confirmed,and the corresponding improvements are planned,via analysing and comparing the data of manufacturing and assembly processing,also the final status.Then the deformation reasons and the effectiveness of controlling steps for this kind parts are proved after analysing and comparing the data of the improved parts’ status.Finally,the reasons causing parts deformation are confirmed as manufacturing deformation and assembly deformation after investigating the possible reasons one by one.There are two main steps to control manufacturing deformation.Fist,control the precision in rough and final manufacturing,that will reduce mechanical stress influence.Second,optimize the cutting-off technique,that cutting off the part by six times instead of four times,which effect as the greatest deformation element will be avoided.And there are three steps to control assembly deformation.Fist,improve the mating surface precision as parts assembling by optimizing fixture.Second,make the parts assembly processing steps detailed and changeless for intensifying operational uniformity.Third,assembling the screws with fixture to avoid assembly torque force,causing parts deformation as the greatest influence for assembly.The elements influencing parts deformation have been founded at last,and parts delivery status has been improved,via a series of works mentioned above including analysis and following the complete product processing for analysing the influence elements step by step and removing them one by one.The design technical requirements are all guaranteed,that the part flatness and profile tolerance is under 0.1mm with unlimited status,and the subassembly flatness tolerance is under 0.3mm and the roundness error is under 0.5mm with unlimited status.The machining quality of parts has been improved by more than 50%. |
