| Prestressed high-strength concrete hollow pile(hollow square pile)is widely used because of the advantages of prestressed pipe pile and prefabricated pile.The prestressed rectangular pile(prestressed rectangular pile)has a more favorable crosssectional form than the hollow square pile in the support project.Therefore,this paper studies the deformation characteristics and stress characteristics of prestressed rectangular piles for foundation pit support.Firstly,the calculation formula of the prestressed rectangular pile is put forward by reference to the existing rules of the pipe pile and the square pile.At the same time,the rectangular pile test was designed,and the influence of different variables on the bending performance of the rectangular pile was studied.The deformation and bending characteristics of prestressed rectangular piles are further analyzed by means of finite element software.The damage mechanism of prestressed rectangular pile,the influence of different variables on the mechanical properties of pile and the influence of prestressing size on deformation and stress of prestressed rectangular pile are clarified.Secondly,combining with concrete engineering,the prestressed rectangular pile and bored cast-in-situ pile are compared in many aspects.The essential difference between the prestressed rectangular pile and cast-in-situ pile for the deformation of support structure is clarified.And the advantages of prestressed rectangular pile for foundation pit support are demonstrated.Finally,the ABAQUS model of support structure based on the engineering example is used to analyze the different influencing factors.Has been clear about the prestressed rectangular pile’s force characteristics and deformation characteristics in different concrete stress,different excavation depth,different supporting form(cantilever timbering,supported with bolting)and unilateral prestressing.It provides theoretical support and scientific basis for the application of prestressed rectangular pile in support. |
