In the landslide control and slope protection project,the circular cross section anti-sliding pile has been widely used in geotechnical engineering practice because of its unique construction advantages.However,compared with the traditional rectangular cross section anti-sliding pile,the current research on the circular cross section anti-sliding pile is less,the design and theoretical system is not perfect,and the anti-slide effect is not conclusive.Based on the model experiments,the bearing capacity under sliding force and stress deformation characteristics between circular cross section anti-sliding piles and rectangular cross section anti-sliding piles was compared.Under the premise of the test similarly relation,the no anti-sliding pile experiment,circular cross section anti-sliding piles experiment and rectangular cross section anti-sliding piles experiment are carried out respectively.Observe the whole process of the deformation of soil and model piles,and compare the results of the experiment.This study through theoretical calculations and model tests,the main research contents of anti-slide mechanism of circular cross section anti-slide piles and rectangular cross section anti-slide piles include:(1)According to the predecessors' calculation and derivation,the design formula is established,the section size and layout of the model pile are tentatively calculated,and the reinforcement ratio is calculated by MATLAB programming to determine the basic parameters of the model pile,the layout and the filling of the simulated slope Height and so on.(2)Arranging earth pressure cells,reinforce bar stress gauges,and dial indicators,monitor the steel strain,the displacement of pile top and the earth pressure,summarizing and analyzing the failure phenomenon of model piles,comparing the failure characteristics of circular cross section anti-slide piles and rectangular cross section anti-slide pile.(3)The section moment,shear force and load concentration of the model pile are calculated by using the reinforce bar stress gauges and the earth pressure cells.The internal force curves of the circular cross section anti-slide piles and the rectangular cross section anti-slide piles are analyzed and compared,and the validity of the calculation results is verified.The displacement of the top of the piles and the displacement of the loading plate were measured by dial indicators to compare the stiffness of the circular cross section piles and the rectangular cross section piles,the mechanical characteristics of the model pile is analyzed.It is shown that,under the same conditions,The performance of circular cross section anti-sliding piles is basically the same as that of rectangular cross section anti-sliding piles,The force transfer is uniform,and the requirement for the strength of the fixed end of the pile is low,and it has good anti-sliding bearing capacity,which is worth popularizing in engineering practice.
