Project Payments Receivable Management Research On Construction Enterprise Based On Financial Strategy

Along with the economic development of our country and the rapid urbanization process,the competition between construction enterprises is fiercer and fiercer in the competitive environment of modern market.With the purpose of expending market share and increasing output value,construction enterprises are striving to undertake more projects at the cost of adopting liberal contract terms and credit policies,which affects the working capital returning and increases the risk of finance and business.Meanwhile,client or contractor may break a contract of payment resulting in the delaying of payments receivable and difficulty of working capital turnover due to the imperfection of credit institution and defect of laws and regulations supervision.It is a risk of bad debt which threatens the growing of an enterprise.The ignorance of payments receivable management maybe result in the risk of profit dripping,bad loads increasing and even capital lacking which will affect construction enterprises' survival and development.On the basis of relevant theory about project payments receivable management and financial strategy,the thesis studies on the rationality and feasibility of the implementation of the payments receivable management of construction enterprise from the perspective of financial strategy with the case analysis of W,as well as offers some suggestions to improve with the view to help W and other construction enterprises.The first part discussed the background and meaning of the research and literature reviews about the payments receivable management and financial strategy at home and broad,and also determined the methods and outlines.The second part analyzed the problems of payments receivable management and their reasons of W on the method of case study.The third part introduced the process of accounts receivable management from the view of financial strategy and described the construction and content of receivable management system,as well as proposed its effect evaluation and suggestions to improve.The last part of this thesis summarized the conclusion and weakness of the study.
