In the 19 th CPC National Congress,the principal contradiction in China has been defined scientifically.There is a contradiction between the growing good life of the people and the inadequately balanced development.The public goods with strong externality is the key to solve the present major contradiction in our country.So as a big agricultural country,how to ensure the effective supply of rural public goods and improve the supply efficiency of rural public goods is a very important problem worth further study.However,at present,the rural public goods generally have a large gap with the requirements of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The vast rural population is in urgent need of a higher level and more demanding public goods in addition to the essential infrastructure provided by the state and government.It is closely related to the improvement of the quality of life of rural residents.In this case,how to fully arouse the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in raising foundation to construct rural public goods is very important.Existing research shows that the self-preparation of rural public goods has had a realistic foundation in the present economic situation and policy environment.The thesis selects representative in the rural countryside highway as the research object.The object is mainly the road between the village and the road in the village.The attitude and contribution of different individuals to public goods have a very important influence on it and the changing rural relationship network also provides new ideas for the construction of rural roads.We combine the theory of public goods game with the specific problems of the independent fund raising construction of rural roads and regard the funding dilemma as the first problem to explore the mechanism and characteristics of it by the method of simulation.In the process of the research,the thesis takes the differences of each subject into account,and adds the heterogeneity of the contribution of public goods.Considering the communication technology and the improvement of the traffic facilities,the thesis introduces the complex network models “small word” in it.Finally,thesis returns put forward reasonable suggestions.
