3D printing technology is more and more recognized by people because of its high production efficiency,high precision,integrated molding,and the ability to prepare models with complex structures and radian abstraction,as compared with traditional ?cutting processing?.However,the traditional 3D printing is scanning printing,The model needs to be processed with layered software.The printer forms the printing materials layer by layer,which has low accuracy and production efficiency,and cannot satisfy people's demands for "high-quality,fast-paced" life.This dissertation summarizes the existing light-cured 3D printing method,based on high-precision 3D printing proposed the use of focusing lens convergence method of the spot,and studied the convergence of the different points of the incident and the imaging distance imaging The effect of spot size,in the design of efficient light-cured 3D printing,a DOEMaster optical design software is used to design the diffractive optical element,change the propagation phase of the multi-laser,make it consistent with the solid model,and irradiate the photosensitive resin.The material method reproduces the three-dimensional model.In this dissertation,the beam expander system used in the scheme is designed.First,under the principle of geometrical optics,the initial structure is selected and calculated.The ZEMAX simulation software is used for simulation and optimization to design an incident wavelength.405 nm,entrance pupil diameter 2mm,beam type is Gaussian,full field angle is 3°,material F_SILICA,three-piece ten times beam expansion system,final design system,wavefront aberration in different fields of view is maximum 0.025?,much smaller than ?/4,the primary aberration is small,the field curvature is less than 0.2mm,the distortion is less than 0.002%,and the imaging quality is very good.On this basis,based on the maintenance of the lens material,the total length of the system,and the lens spacing,a five times and fifteen times laser beam expander system that satisfies the index requirements is designed and optimized.In this dissertation,the ZEMAX software was used to simulate the spot size of the existing 405 nm convergent lens in the laboratory under different incident positions and different imaging distances.The simulation data was analyzed to obtain the light spot s' s specific value of the size and the trend of change at different positions and different distances.In this dissertation,3D printing experiments were performed using customized convergent lenses;a new printing method was proposed using a dual beam convergence approach.The splitting scheme of multi-laser beam was introduced.The design method of the resonant cavity of the tunable output slab laser was proposed and the required optical system was summarized.
